Killarney Artist Joe Neeson puts the finishing touches to his €48,500 sculpture 'Sea Form' on the pier at Dingle, County Kerry this week. The illuminated green statue was commissioned as part of the Percent for Art scheme and will be unveiled in the coming weeks. Kerry County Council’s Arts Officer Kate Kennelly says they cast the net very wide to find an artist to complete the art work.
