MICK O'DWYER 70TH BIRTHDAY
Kerry footballers from the great era between 1975-1986 when they won 8 All-Ireland's gathered in Waterville County Kerry at the weekend to celebrate Mick O'Dwyer's 70th birthday. Organised by Eoin The Bomber Liston the team which included sporting legends like Jimmy Deenihan, Pat Spillane, Mikey Sheehy, Jack O'Shea, Paidi O'Shea, Charlie Nelligan cleebrated with golf in the afternoon and dinner in The Butler Arms Hotel.
Picture shows Jimmy Deenihan, captain of the defeated 5-in-a-row team, Eoin The Bomber Liston (who Mick regards The Bomber as the best players he ever trained) and Mick O'Dwyer showing his alacrity is as good as his players even though he is 20 years their senior.
