SEVEN FOOT BASKETBALL GIANT ARRIVES IN KILLARNEY
Gigantic seven footer Garrett Bragg arrived in Killarney this week to line out with local side Gleneagle Lakers in the Irish Basketball Superleague. Standing at seven foot tall and weighing 20 stone, Bragg (22) is the tallest player in the league. Florida native Garrett is currently adjusting to his new surroundings discovering that everything over here is just too small for him. A search through some local shoe stores in Killarney proved fruitless when he found out there was no footwear in stock to fit his whopping size 18 feet!
His sheer size and magnitute has had heads turning everywhere he goes and little Denis O' Sullivan (6) (in picture) from Clonkeen, Killarney was fascinated by what he saw when he looked up in awe at the giant. Bragg will line out for the Lakers against Neptune in the NEC Killarney on this Wednesday night October 17th at 8.30p.m and the Lakers are at home again next Sunday October 21st for a cup match against Waterford at 3.00p.m in the INEC.
