Killarney press photographer Don MacMonagle, right, pictured at the launch of his photographic book on Jackie Healy-Rae TD in Killarney on Friday with former Kerry footballer Pat Spillane who launch the book. Entitled, 'Jackie-Keeping Up Appearances' the book contains over 100 colour photographs of the deputy taken during 1997-2002 recording his five years as an independent.
