Jackie healy-rae became a jail bird for the day on Saturday with the chairman of the Kerry Vintners Association John o'Sullivan, right and publican Danny Leane for not enforcing the proposed smoking ban. The light heartted event took place in College Street, Killarney during the Fianna fail Ard Fheis and also included publicans John O'Sullivan, danny Leane and Patrick o'Donoghue.
